  • Consolidated and automated the clinical documentation, billing and collection processes across 300 facilities with successful implementation of HealthMEDX EMR software

  • Implemented initial SOX control environment and responsible for oversight of the SOX Internal Control Committee

  • Refinanced balance sheet with $480 million bank and bond structure

Prior to the sale of the company in 1998, managed all SEC reporting and assisted with investor relation activities such as quarterly analyst meetings, industry conference meetings, and internal employee meetings.  

  • Successfully sold the company for $375m to Siebe plc, resulting in a 3.5x increase in stock price within 18 months.

  • Responsible for the successful acquisition and integration of three distributors and of Marcam Solutions, a $125 million process ERP company

  • Designed and executed due diligence for the successful acquisition of two drug manufacturers
